As a higher education institution, Thuyloi University is dedicated to training high-quality human resources, conducting research, and transferring scientific and technological advances in engineering, technology, and economics, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the nation.
VISION
By 2050, Thuyloi University aims to become a multidisciplinary, research-oriented higher education institution, ranking among the top 10 universities in Vietnam in engineering, technology, and economics, while maintaining its leading position in water resources, hydropower (renewable energy), natural resources, environment, disaster prevention, and mitigation.
